We generate the data and insight needed to design effective, prevention-focused mental health systems in island communities.

National Mental Health Surveys
Island Mind emerged from the first National Adolescent Mental Health Survey in Bermuda. It identified elevated levels of anxiety and depression compared to global averages, alongside a significant gap in help-seeking. These findings lay the groundwork for the development of the Youth Mental Health Plan.
This work provides the foundation for policy, planning, and system reform.
